MetaCleaner Quarterly Feedback Prize Draw – Terms and Conditions

Promoter: Itson Group Ltd (company number NI718987), Office 517, 92 Castle Street, Belfast, BT1 1HE, Northern Ireland (“we”, “us”, “MetaCleaner”).

1. The promotion

1.1 Each calendar quarter, one winner is drawn at random from all valid feedback form entries received during that quarter. The prize is three months of MetaCleaner Premium, free of charge.

1.2 Entry is free. No purchase of a paid plan is required to enter, but you must hold a registered MetaCleaner account (see clause 2).

2. Who can enter

2.1 Entry is open to holders of a registered MetaCleaner account with a validated email address. Entries from unregistered visitors, or accounts where the email address has not been validated by the close of the entry period, are not valid.

2.2 Both individual and business account holders may enter. Where the account belongs to a business, the entry and any prize attach to the business account, not to the individual who completed the form.

2.3 Entrants who are individuals must be aged 18 or over.

2.4 Employees, contractors and officers of the Promoter and its group companies, and members of their immediate families, may not enter.

2.5 One entry per account per quarterly draw period. Multiple form submissions from the same account count as a single entry.

3. How to enter

3.1 To enter, complete and submit the MetaCleaner feedback form at https://metacleaner.com/feedback during the entry period, using the email address registered to your account.

3.2 Entry periods run for each calendar quarter:

*Or the next working day where the 1st falls on a weekend or public holiday.

3.3 Entries received after 23:59 (UK time) on the last day of the entry period roll into the following quarter's draw.

4. What counts as a valid entry

4.1 To be entered into the draw, your feedback form must:

(a) be fully completed, with every question answered; and

(b) contain genuine, considered responses based on your actual use of MetaCleaner.

4.2 We will exclude entries that do not meet clause 4.1. This includes forms that are incomplete, and forms where the answers are not a genuine attempt to give feedback. Examples of entries we will exclude:

(a) one-word or throwaway answers to open questions (for example “good” or “fine”) with nothing to support them;

(b) gibberish, placeholder text or repeated characters;

(c) answers copied from another entry or another source, or generated in bulk;

(d) content that is abusive, defamatory or unlawful.

4.3 Critical or negative feedback is welcome and does not affect the validity of an entry, provided the answers are genuine and complete. We judge entries on completeness and effort, not on whether the feedback is positive.

4.4 Our decision on whether an entry is valid is final. We keep a record of any excluded entries and the reason for exclusion.

5. The prize

5.1 The prize is three months of MetaCleaner Premium, applied as a credit or code to the MetaCleaner account linked to the winning entry's validated email address.

5.2 If the winning account already has an active Premium subscription, the prize is applied as a three month extension to that subscription.

5.3 We will apply the prize to the winning account within 14 days of the draw date. The prize period begins on the date it is applied.

5.4 There is no cash alternative and no alternative prize. The prize cannot be transferred to another account or person, sold, or exchanged.

5.5 If the prize cannot be applied because the winning account has been closed, suspended for breach of our terms of service, or the winner cannot be reached using the registered email address, the prize lapses one month after the draw date and we will draw a replacement winner from the remaining valid entries.

6. The draw and notification

6.1 The winner is selected at random from all valid entries for the quarter, using a verifiable random selection process. A record of each draw is retained.

6.2 The winner is notified by email to the validated address on their account within 7 days of the draw. We will make at least two attempts to contact the winner before clause 5.5 applies.

7. Winner announcement and privacy

7.1 As a privacy and security company, we do not publish winners' names or details. We will announce only that the draw for the relevant quarter has taken place and the winner has been notified.

7.2 Information confirming that a valid draw took place and the prize was awarded is available on request via our contact page at https://metacleaner.com/#contact, and will be provided to the Advertising Standards Authority if requested. This will not include personal details of the winner beyond what is required to verify the award.

7.3 Personal data submitted with your entry is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Feedback form data is used to improve MetaCleaner and to administer the draw. We do not sell entry data or pass it to third parties for their own purposes, and we will not use your entry details for marketing unless you have separately opted in.

8. General

8.1 By submitting the feedback form you accept these terms.

8.2 We may cancel or amend a draw period only where circumstances outside our reasonable control make it necessary, and any change will not disadvantage entries already received.

8.3 These terms are governed by the laws of Northern Ireland and any dispute is subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Northern Ireland.
