Principle Information

Purpose

The personal data provided to ITSON through this website will be used for the following purposes:

  • Contact forms: The personal data provided (name, email, and telephone number) will be used to manage requests for information about the METACLEANER® software as a service.
  • Registration forms: The personal data provided (name and email) will be used to manage the subscription, contact, and provision of the service for the use of METACLEANER® in its different modalities, in accordance with the Software as a Service Agreement. If the SUBSCRIBER hires a Payment Plan, additional information necessary for payment and billing will be requested.
  • Commercial communications: Sending commercial communications about products, services, activities, campaigns, and initiatives of a similar nature (only if express consent is given).

Principle of Minimization of Data

The personal data provided must be adequate, relevant, and not excessive in relation to the purposes for which they are obtained.

The USER is solely responsible for the accuracy and truthfulness of the information provided. The USER shall personally respond to ITSON, affected parties, or the relevant UK regulatory authority if false data or third-party data without consent is provided.

The data provided must be completed voluntarily, except for mandatory fields. If mandatory fields are not completed, the request management cannot be guaranteed.

The recipient of the service must communicate to ITSON any changes to their data to ensure accuracy at all times.

*Treatment of minors' data: ITSON will not knowingly collect data from minors without parental or guardian authorization. If a minor completes the contact or registration forms without valid authorization, the application will be destroyed without being processed.
